Exchange & Return Policies

Due to sanitary conditions "We", Ooh Baby Hair Company, can NOT accept exchanged or returned hair. All of our bundles are hand inspected before shipping to you. Because I treat every bundle as though I would install or make a wig out of for myself, I check and double check them with a critical eye.
